At Botanic Gardens with Sharon Koh

Sharon works in a funky little creative agency that is going places! She has been in the business for 14 years and still loves every moment of it.

Her hobbies are, of course yoga. As well as running, hiking, exploring cities and food – she likes eating but also making it. She also enjoys exploring new places with great coffee or bespoke cocktails.

Oh and she is a bit of a fashion addict…. especially for accessories and shoes.

She first started doing yoga because she needed to gain some flexibility from all the running she did. She says: “My perceptions of yoga when I first started was that it was all only about stretching and chanting. But after my first yoga class, it changed my perception entirely. It goes beyond flexibility. A lot of physical and mental strength are involved too. Now I understand why people say that yoga is a holistic form of exercise.”

Sharon is a backbend lover :-) Camel, Wheel pose she loves them all.

Sharon likes Madana; “Because Madana treats the environment right. Socially aware and making all yogis unite in the cause. Madana creates products like what yoga intended to create thousands of years ago – yoga gives back to you”
